Classes run Monday through Thursday at times built around your day. Two dedicated Beginner sessions every Tuesday and Thursday evening — the perfect jumping-on point if you're just getting started. Friday through Sunday are yours.
NME sits right off the 405, central to Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach. The 4:15 pm class is timed for exactly that — pull off the freeway, wrap your hands, and let the day go.
